Full Name : Mohamed Abd Elrady Hamed Elrawy
was born in Al-Baliana City in Sohag Governorate, and studied under Egyptian scientific supervision at Jordan Academy for maritime studyes, He excelled academically until he graduated as a commercial marin officer, And entered union work in Marine Officers Union as a member of the Public Relations and Media Committee. Hence, attention was drawn to him to become head of the Information Technology Committee of the Marine Officers Union and then join the work in training and teaching at Faculty of Aquaculture and Marine Fisheries, El Arish University.
And He entered the elections of the Board of Directors of Marine Officers Union 5-2022 and succeeded for the position of Secretary-General for a full electoral cycle 4 years.
